I cant sleep

Hi. I can't sleep and I can't eat(but I eat a bit xD)..
But I haven't sleep for 3 days already.
My mind is clear. I can work hard and I DON'T want to sleep at all.
Does someone know something that will help me to fall asleep? I'm afraid it won't end well and the only time free to go for the doctor is the next week(not mine, doctor's time)

I'll try sleep aids but I'm afraid I won't able to take my headache tablets later (I have terrible headaches for 5 years and the only thing the doctor can suggest to me - analgesic ;_;)

Milk contains a natural chemical that makes you sleepy (tryptophan I believe), and honey is awesome :3
This site has helped me go to sleep many times! Or, if rain does not help, just go to youtube and look up some white noise videos- most of them are relaxing enough to lull someone to sleep or help you relax.

1) take a long warm bath. try to use scents that relax you (i personally like lavender) and try to dim the light (use candles or anything that you consider mood lighting)
2)before you try to go to sleep, lay in bed and stretch every muscle. start from your toes and work your way up. do it slowly so that you get the full effect. if by the time you get to your head you dont feel more relaxed, work your way back down.
3)the best thing i can recommend is warm chamomile tea with french vanilla creamer and honey. its worked most of the time and at least relaxed me so i didnt feel the full effects of not sleeping.
i hope that some of this helps in some way. just got to try to relax and let your mind let go of any thoughts that may be keeping you awake.

I'm trying turn off all electronics in my room but eeeh x) I even have dakimakura(the most comfortable thing in the world) and a short time ago it helped me to fall asleep a bit faster than normal(often laying a hour or two trying to fall asleep) but now...eh ^^'

Warm milk is also an odd suggestion, but some people have a glass of warm milk before bed.
