Maybe Halloween is Canceled After All. 112th Journal.
The forecast for Eve of Hallows calls for heavy showers around here. We don't get much trick-or-treaters anyway but the rain would kill any door to door activity. However, it could clear up by the time the evening rolls by so the night might be salvageable.
The workplace Halloween party already been cancel (supposed to happen last Thursday), so having a rain-out would suck. I guess I have to eat all those candy that I wouldn't have been able to give out.
Speaking of the workplace, wearing a costume was still encouraged despire the non-party but turnout was really sad. Our building have close to 150 workers and out of that, only one other person wore a costume aside from my biker outfit and I saw only one Friday. No Halloween spirit this season. I usually enjoy this part of the year but this one has been a low point so far. Hopefully I get a good turnout tomorrow but I wouldn't count on it judging by how it's going so far.
