This is my head.
Well, the sky it is bone dry. Seems the rain prediction is a little off. Still humid though with some leftover puddles from the previous days. This is TeXaS weather for you, keeps changing and very unpredictable. I literally seen it rain heavily one side of a highway and be completely dry on the other side of the median. I remember driving on a highway and saw a dark patch of clouds coming up. And when I drove under it, it was like someone dumped a bucket of water on the windshield but before I can turn on the wipers, it cleared right up again in less than a second. I also seen it rain without a cloud in the sky. Madness.
At any rate, Maybe I'll get to eat some treaters after all... I mean giving out the candy. Yeah, that what I meant. Whether that happens remains to be seen. (Heh, get it? Whether, weather? Not punny for you?) Even though I got a pumpkin this year, I still haven't carved it. I might just quickly paint a scary face or something on it. I also bought some Halloween signs and door placard that needs to be put up as well. I am not planning to use my biker outfit but I do have a mask and a fake ax that I can greet with at the door and scoop out the candy. And I don't have the cheap stuff, all chocolate based of the so called "fun sized" candy which is less "fun" than the full sized bars but I am not made of money so that'll have to do.
At least I am handing out things I liked as a kid. Who the hell likes candy corn? That concoction was nasty. Stick to chocolates and I am happy a happy camper.
