Bored and home alone so i'm posting this for some fun discussion~
Why do you guys think its so prevalent? I know a LOT of people who love one side or both.
Speaking personally it's pretty bad for me as well. As you might guess i'm pretty fucking subby, once or twice I've thought about trying to find a relationship where i'm not only dominated in bed but casually all the time as well. (it's hard to explain what i mean)
Hell i'm so subby that as long as you have a strong commanding tone I pretty much melt in anyones arms and will do anything they say...more then one guy has got naked pics from me by simply telling me to give him some XD
It's a rather strange idea honestly and i wonder why i love it so much...what do you guys think?

With furries, since we're a heavily online, heavily art-based community, people tend to be more open with their interests on here and it's possible to peruse a wider variety of things to be into as a result. Being around others who are open and accepting of things lets people experiment more comfortably. And the relative ease of access to other people that share interests let you indulge in things regularly.
I don't know that I have an actual answer to your question, just pointing out other possible factors.
And yea I'd imagine fetishes are more common among more open communities...furries be a perfect example
Its the human mind that likes to extend this subjection to an extreme with clothes or gear to satisfy this animal need to hit in the hierarchy.
Everyone just wants to fit in.
