I wasn't as big a fan of Fallout 3 as I was New Vegas, which was done by a different team. But it looks like the Bethesda team took what Obsidian added to the game and put their own spin on it.
I'm mostly excited for it because it's guaranteed to give me a good story driven single player experience, something a lot of games these days are failing to do.
Though the lack of micro transactions definitely wins Bethesda points too.
