CanFURence Anthropomorphic Events presents a holiday dance and social - Furs and furry-friendly folk from near and far are encouraged to attend!
Dancing, Gaming, Socializing, Vending, and a Raffle too!
Celebrate the New Year with the local furry fandom! Have your picture taken with the animals. Light up the night with furry friends old and new. Browse our Vendors’ tables, too - like a Bohemian market but with much more fur! Our fundraising raffle is back bigger and better than before!
Children of all ages - experience fun loving animals and characters brought to life, and enjoy the magic. Fursuiters and costumers are encouraged to show their finery! We will have a dedicated cool down zone for fursuiters and costumers.
At ticket check, we will be collecting cans of cat food, salmon, tuna and sardines for the
Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue (http://oscatr.ca/) Please bring any extra cans you have laying around to help out the Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue. After the event we’ll deliver to OSCR to allow them to continue rescuing local stray cats.
Alcohol will be served at the Legion’s bar by a licensed bartender. They will be verifying identification. Please drink responsibly and arrange a designated driver (or use OCtranspo) if necessary!
