Sometimes I feel like I am the only one who prefers heat over cold.

The realisation came not more evident than in my in the army, having to go through winter, summer and autumn. Flopping on guard duty by night was never a pleasant thing, but it was made bearable by day at least when you could just flop down and bask in the sun like a content lizard (If you dont count the fear of ticks). The direct opposite was sitting in a cold hole, the whole world being dark and your only comfort was how the under -4 F temperature never left you alone.

Now I do love my share of coldness on over hot days though. You wont appreciate a sip of water more than after you have literally been drenched in your own sweat. Sleeping in a little colder temperature room is pleasant for your sleep. I hate sleeping in hot rooms. Never underestimate the power of winter class sleeping bags in summer (Unless you are a fan of moist surfaces). =w=

I tend to shiver a lot from everything, yet I can bear through coldness with ease. Its just that getting through it doesnt make it pleasant, just forced. Cold weathers make me huddle in my house, making me feel cornered and more prone to anxiety. Yet I love winter scenery. To me its equally beautiful to see a forest teeming with colors and life, than it is to see the same forest covered in snow and frost, locked in a world of dreams.

Why am I writing about this? No idea. Just random info about me .w.
