Worry over Creampuff is killing me, more problems.

General
I just got back from the vet as her TMI issue got worse as she began to (TMI altert) leak small amounts of feces. (end TMI alert)
They are pretty sure the issue is because a couple days ago I began to thin her food with turkey gravy vs the liquid diet stuff (because I was out and it's $10 for a small soup can's worth) and that blew out her already compromised digestive tract (antibiotics can harm the good bacteria in the gut) leading to all these issues. They don't feel or see any other reasoning, her abdomen is not painful, and her vitals and behavior are both fine.
I have a probitotic now and I am crossing my fingers that she is better in 3 days because otherwise it could be something more sinister and will require a $200 test to figure things out.
I have been so stressed, so worried, for so long. This cat is like my child, I have been loosing so much sleep and work time over her... And I hate to talk about money since she is priceless to me, but on top of worrying over her well being I am worrying about cost as she has had $250 in post-op rechecks, she has had 3 unscheduled vet visits now at $60-$100 each, and the surgery cost almost $2000, her painkillers were $70, and the pre-surgery blood work was $400, and the FIV/FLV test, she's had $60 of special food, and exam before that was $200 and I well, compared to what I normally live off of in a month I basically I have a whole extra 2 months worth of expenses here guys :C
TDLR This whole cat surgery thing has been a really hard time for me, and I am feeling really emotionally and financially beat up.

If you need anything to help, please let me know!
I know what it is like to have you baby so sick. When I first got my cat Ember I was so scared I was going to lose her. They gave her such strong antibiotics and she had the leaking problem you mentioned as well. The next vet I saw explained that the antibiotic being so strong was what probably cuased the leaking. We couldn't even hold her without having her wrapped in a towel.
I hope Creampuff gets better soon.
(gonna be TMI here) Luckily so far (*knock on wood) with CP it is only a little bit, the most I have seen is she gets a full coating of pasty poo on her sphincter after waking from a long nap, I do really hope it does not get worse than that 8C
That new vet said the antibiotic did it and had me give her small amounts of yogurt mixed with food, which might be worthy of asking about. With Ember, we never figured out what *had* been wrong with her as she came sick from the shelter, still has a head tilt, and ended up being so sick her belly fur never grew back from her spay. However, the story has a happy ending in that she survived and became a happy, fat kitten and a happy fat cat. If I still had her records I would look up the antibiotic that started the kitty poo fest, but I unfortunately lost my babies in a break up and have no access to records for her.
*e-hugs*
Hope the probiotics help! They've been good for my old guy and his diarrhea issues.
Sorry for the random unsolicited advice, I just thought maybe it would help X(
Ugh, I hope you don't get hit in the wallet like I did, Yep, $3K. But, yes, my cats are my kids... I dont have any kids...so...
Good luck.
