Yeeesh, PayPal can be a dick sometimes when it comes to this kind of stuff. However, no worries on over here on waiting a bit longer for your commissions. I understand how PayPal can delay people from getting what they want, but seeing your artwork makes me rather patient on seeing what you come up with rather than needing it right now. So take as much time as you need.

PayPal might need more information about you, and then the account freeze will be lifted. Try to follow exactly what they're asking of you, or unfortunately, the freeze will be permanent. I know it's dumb, but that's how they work.

Yep , it's my mistake when i register the account. I'm not using my real name on it so the account is freeze permanent and i have request a name change and they're declined it. For now i'm just going to open another new one.

They shouldn't decline your name change request, so you just have to submit your ID to them, then they should unfreeze your account.

No , they just don't let me. I have submit my ID photo 2 times and 1 bank statement. In the first time i submit my ID they have verify at the first time i submit. And then i continue send my Bank statement for second providing. After they verify my Bank statement they just unverify my ID said my Name is not match with the account name. And then they're thinking i'm changing the Account Owner case.
I've call to the customer service and asked what can i do ,and the Employee just answer me said "she don't know she can't help me.

I was reviewing that case, and yeah, it seems that it's hopeless, so you can just make a new account.
