Holy fucking shit! Bruce Campbell still has it!
Just saw the first few episodes on STARZ network...
So I heard rumors about this show and thought it would likely never get made, then I see it has been made while looking for a movie to watch... So I watch the first few episodes.
Holy crap!
I have not had a TV show get me this excited in a long time!
I'm having a nerdgasm! Gooey nerd juice everywhere.
If you like Bruce Campbell, and the Army of Darkness/Evil Dead movies, or even something like "Dale and Tucker Vs Evil" then you have to see this show!!!!!
If you like the show "Supernatural" but find it boring because they do the same shit all the time, watch this instead!
If you are tired of all drama and no action in "The Walking Dead", watch this show instead.
"Ash vs Evil Dead" needs to be hyped like crazy by fans or it may not make it beyond a 1 season shot.

I'm loving all the new one-liners and such... Been a sore lack of that from everything since the late 90s. I miss the cocky full of themselves male protagonists from those times. I even love the little jabs and references to "political correctness" he makes, usually right before or after a bloody fight.
And the quality of the show is actually surprising! I was expecting it to be as corny as the original movies but now it has a good budget to work with and some pretty decent stunts and effects, not to forget the over-the-top action sequences.
And that stupid airstream trailer of his he has had forever, even in "My name is Bruce." I love how he can be a parody of himself.
I have not had a TV show get me this energized since Stargate SG-1/Atlantis.
You know a show is good when you start cheering and clapping for it.
