is it bad if your testicles start hurting for no reason?
Maybe I just pulled my groin muscle or something. It's that kind of mild, dull, persistent ache where I can't tell if it's my actual testicles or the groinological area surrounding them.
So I think I'm dying.

I'm sorry. I was reminded of this.
NOW!!
Once, I did NOT.
Congratulations.
You win one intarwebs.
That's pretty much what happened.
If it's a dull throbbing pain, that can be anything from blue balls to something like a minor tract infection that's crept into one of your tubes, any number of things. If a doctor is an option for you go see a doctor.
Your problem could be minor -- or it could be more serious. Either way, the best course of action is to go see a doctor.
I realize that can be an issue and there's a whole discussion on the U.S. health care system (such as it is) -- but that's perhaps best saved for another thread...
