I'd like to take a moment to directly apologize for the terrible upkeep to my commissioners. I swear I am trying to keep this up and get what I owe out. I am deeply sorry for all of this. I wasn't prepared for workload and retail stress.

With that much said I will not be doing any commissions for a very long time. I might open up once in a while for badges or icons but that is it. I'm going to focus on self projects, character developments, animation projects, and prior commitments I still try to put time aside for. I have not forgotten who commissioned what and I have my list saved. At this point I'm just trying to get it done so I don't stress anymore.

Core study for this year will be animation projects and background art. I'll be posting my findings here, my weasyl account, and my youtube account, all of which follow the spinningpeanut namesake.

What does this mean for you? Well commissioners don't fret! Or fret but not too much I'm a journal not a cop. Hound my ass for the projects I owe you so I can get my art back on track. I've all but given up and I hope you haven't done the same for me.
Fursuit projects will begin starting with Crayon the Dutch Angel dragon and renovations on Pnut v3. A pnut v4 will be in the makings as well with a teddy bear style to the paws and feet this time around for added cuteness.

RMFC report! I had a blast and now have a somewhat pet for Lazer, a bumble bee named Booby. I just wish the memory was as fresh in my mind as it was when I was driving home from the event. All had sort of fled my mind when I found Oliver dead.

I have a new bird! His name is Dusty and he is a sweet as sugar cockatiel, though tough to work with because of his extremely timid nature. He'll be featured in an upcoming animation project to be ready by christmas 2016, which you can see a short wip of that project on my youtube channel along with other unfinished animation projects and one completed test project.

Animations. Now I have been working into getting myself some animation practice throughout the year, when an idea pops into my head I had to rough it out or do a simple animation for it. "Pnut would play any game on earth" is a test where I went back to my starting roots and did just a headshot lipsyncing with minimal effort in all other areas. The rest are wip ideas and testing different animatic and animation fleshing techiques, most failed. I am currently committed to a Warrior Cats MAP to be shown in May where I might have found the perfect way to get my animatics fleshed out into lines and full animation.

So what did I do all year? What happened to the uploads? Why did spinningpeanut's FA just kinda die? To tell the truth I was (still totally am I'm shaking like a leaf typing this) in fear of disappointment to those who purchased a commission due to my lack of commitment to the project, the on and off concentration. The fear has put me on an anxiety trip that has sort of made any sort of activity disappear. "Oh she's drawing this thing but not working on my commission? artistsbeware here I come!" I don't want that to happen but I may have put myself in a hole and bitten off much more I can chew at once. So I am a learning pup. I probably won't take on any commissions of this size again.
