Just a question

Hey
I was just wondering, other than weasel, twitter, tumblr and perhaps inkbunny, is there anywhere else folks have been migrating too to submit artwork? I was just curious about this at the moment
but In regards to outstanding commissions I'm going to do my best to finish these all off in the next few months, I'm very busy with other projects from here until valentines day so they're put on hold, though I work on them in between these things much as I can. Everyone, for the most part, has been extremely patient, especially those who have commissioned me a few years ago. Yes, that's too long to wait, and were it me I wouldn't wait that long. With only one or two exceptions you've all been wonderful, really, bless you for being so understanding with me, I realize probably nobody else you commission take as long and I'm full aware of this so again, I appreciate the patience. I always come through for people...I would never take advantage of anyone, as I know how it feels, and I'd not want to make anyone feel that awful.
I'm not good at giving folks updates, I'll confess, all I can say is yes, I'm working on them, and yes they have some progress, yes you've been patience, and yes I appreciate it.

If I had to make a suggestion, Tumblr seems to be a popular option. A second, which I'd further recommend, would be Deviant Art. DA, in particular, I liked and am on myself because it isn't furry exclusive but endorses a huge range of artists. Either site would allow you to expand into other styles beyond furries; your human art would be a good example. I hope that gives you good suggestions although I would think it's possible to own multiple sites; I know several furries that are at home at several.

Tumblr's pretty much the only other thing I can think of as well, though the commenting and interaction leaves much to be desired. Easier to avoid idiots to some extent, though. I've heard mixed things from folks about DeviantArt.

you could keep the FA account as not the main account, i tried inkbunny and is more stable and organized. Y-gallery is more for human art but there is some anthro art, the page is abit heavy and lastes more time to load. Deviant art is perfect, DA has a lot of anthro clubs and high quality artist and as Redliox says, it has a great amount of artist of many many different styles.

I'm over on http://www.y-gallery.net/ and Tumblr now, but y!G has no where near as many users as here.

Yea, I used to be at Y! like...a decade ago, then they didn't want fur art, and then they didn't mind it again? I'm still a bit meh about that place, but it is a thought.

Yeah, I think they actually still have a rule against non-human penises and non-anthro animals.

If you migrate over to Deviant Art you'll have more opportunity to connect with artists with feedback, opinions, critiques and possibly means to grow as an artist regardless of which genre you're focused. I've found my human art is so-so here but over at DA they embrace just about everything. If you make pron then start up a Tumblr but don't expect much response at first. You really need to work at it to get anywhere.

I dunno, I have an account there but with the overabundance of artwork and mind blowing talent I'd just end up feeling like more of a nobody than I already do here. it is a much better outlet for human work though.

Seriously? SERIOUSLY? I can't believe you just said that. Have you looked at your art? I have. And I think it's great. I just asked for you to approve inclusion of the 3 in your gallery at DA in my group Big-Muscles. Apparently you're a member all ready. I wish you would not think you are a nobody because you're not a nobody. You are a very talented artist.

Oh, I don't plan on leaving outright or completely really, I was just curious I guess.

I would suggest Twitter and Deviantart. The former for rapid notices for your watchers and DA cause it's FA but with non furry art in addition.

FA is still the mainstay, but yeah there's SoFurry, Weasyl, Twitter, and tumblr.

There's another new site out there that is getting some traction, though it is still in the development stage and isn't completely ready for public usage. I believe it's called FurryBeta, and you need to contact the people who run it for a key code to get in. I don't know how many people have gone there compared to the other big places though.
