Cy was created and named during a very tumultuous time in my life. This character represented things that I am either no longer facing or have gained a better understanding of and this new perspective gave way to a personal need to change her name to something representing a less angst-ridden me­­ and something that expresses what she means to me now.

I chose the name “Leviah”. It’s a Hebrew name that I feel connects her to my faith and suits her far better. It simply means “Lioness of the Lord”.
