My own wrist (did I remark about it before?) is still going through PT with little success in making it better. It got a lot better pretty quick, then relapsed in a new location, and hasn't improved much since then. It's tolerable right now but at least in your case they know what's wrong. They never did find a cyst in the MRI, but they also aren't having much success with the PT itself. We're gonna be hurt-wrist buddies for the whole year at this rate. :P (Been about 3 months for me at this point with no clear cause)
