in search of egg incubator services

Craigslist used to have an add for "egg incubator services" but it is gone, I have a pile of 20+ silkie eggs here I wanna hatch but no broody hen to stick them under, and some are getting past the "best by" date of 10 days (I have had month old eggs hatch but chances are greater the fresher they are)
I don't suppose anyone in the Sacramento/Carmichael area is running an incubator right now that I can pop some eggs into? I don't want these potential babies to go to waste...
