Hey everyone (by which I mean no one, which is exactly who is likely actually reading this right now). I just wanted to give a brief update on what's up with me and what can be expected in the near future.

First, as some of you may already know from Facebook, Instagram, etc., my mate, partner and love of my life, Alex, died suddenly on my birthday (Feb. 11) of an overdose after 20 months of clean time. It has been a constant struggle and I miss him everyday. I am still in the process of grieving, first of all, and secondly, of clearing out his apartment and getting the things I want to keep and his family and friends get what they want and giving the rest away to charity, sober houses like the one he worked at, or thrift stores. I've had to clear out my own room and get rid of a lot of the stuff that I don't use anymore to make room for his stuff, so that has taken a lot of time and energy out of me. Today I move his bed and night stand into my room and move my bed out, so that should be the last of his belongings before I turn the keys back over to the apartment management office. So that will be done soon. It's bittersweet.

In a month, I will be moving to Hampden in Baltimore, which I am very much looking forward to. So needless to say, I will be even busier than normal through the next couple of months, but I promise I will try to keep up as best as I can with artwork, uploading, jewelry, fursuit crafting, managing my etsy and redbubble shops, etc. After I get over this hump in my life, I hope to get back into a regular routine and be more present than I have been lately.

Also, I will be attending Fur The 'More 2016! I am hoping I'll win a table for at least one day that weekend for artists alley, so if you're going, come and see me! How many of you all are attending this year? BAlthough I'm not as certain about either, I am hoping to also attend FAU and AC this year, but I won't know for sure until the dates start getting nearer.

I should be posting some things here soon, but for the most part my presence here will be unpredictable and sparse. I really appreciate your patience and support as I continue to muddle through my grief and attempt to pick up the pieces and keep moving forward.

So many of you have come forward to offer your condolences, thoughts, prayers and support, and there are no words powerful enough to adequately covey my gratitude for that. Thank you all so much. This is what I love so much about the furry community. Even people I hardly know have put themselves out there for me and it is so humbling and beautiful for me to see. I don't know where I'd be right now without all of the love and encouragement I've received. I love each and every one of you more than words can say. <3
