So me and  pardalote42 went down to TFF this past weekend. I had an absolute blast - and had an EVEN better time than last year - which I didn't think was actually possible.

I got to hang out with  suunto  theleonard and  rhos again. They were all just as awesome as I remember, and I really regret not keeping in better contact over the last year. I intend to remedy that! If you don't know her art already, make sure you go check out  rhos right now, because it's literally BREATHTAKING.

I had a completely chance meeting with  cellivar who is a really cool roorat and fan of my spouse's old webcomic: Untitled! Anyway, I feel like we hit it off really well, what with talking engineering shop and furry and comics and stuff.

I was also really stoked to finally meet @furrygunner from Twitter who does AWESOME kydex holster work and who made me a SUPER sweet custom IWB holster set. It's really high quality work and I love it. We got to hang out and have a few drinks and meet up with people. He's a great guy and I was glad to introduce him to some of my other pals!

And of course not the least of the fun was meeting up with some VERY long-time and dear friends  stokerbramwell  tooiebird  joey-poey  foxyfennec and Crashska.

I also got to meet and hang out a bit with  portzebie  luna-starbright which was cool, they are both awesome artists and I've been a fan for quite a while.

I don't quite know what more to say. I'm really excited that I've made such great new friends over the past year at TFF, and I wish I could look forward to meeting up and doing things and cons with them in the coming year. I'm rather sad at the moment though, as I'm heading overseas for the year with little chance of making it back and seeing everyone in the next 12 months. I guess I'll just have to do my best to stay in contact thanks to this handy dandy thing we call the internets.
