Issues with certain people (continued)

Thanks for your heart filled replies in the previous journal. Most people slightly missed the mark I was aiming for however. It's my bad, I didn't word it currently.
I know to block people and ignore them, however there are select artists that creep back into my mind and I can't help but to dwell of them.
What I mean is how do I defuse my anger for people when it appears? I end up regretting being upset at said people, and it effects how I talk to others. He takes a lot of energy when I'm focusing on my beef with them too, however it seems so easy for my mind to zero in. It really doesn't help when said people's art pops up and gets shoved in my face, or something I am interested in directly trigger memory of said people.
So for real. How to distract or defuse AFTER the blocking, so I may ignore and not burden my friends with my rantings. It's... too tiring. Especially when it takes energy that I could be using for more productive stuff.

Most often I play shooters with bots while cursing loudly at some pixels until I feel better. Another way I distract myself is to go on youtube and watch 10 hours of vines while also working on other stuff, like this one, called "Better than miley", ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwUcUPfwekg )
It really depends on the thoughts that you what to vanish, and these methods are also different for each one.
Also, even thought you said not to wanted to drown your friends with rants, It is actually more beneficial to let those comments out instead of keeping it to yourself.
