Fur the More 2016, Anthrocon 2017 & a personal update

But she is absolutely never wise. So, I went to Fur the 'More this year (just on Saturday) with my sister 
and she let me wear one of her suits (partial of Graffix) and bought some stuff and danced around and it was very fun overall and now I'm definitely invested in going to future cons.
So, as of now I'm planning on going to AC 2017. I would go this year, but the hotel is booked and there's no way I'll be able to save enough between now and June for it. So, next year! I'm planning to go with some IRL friends and share a room, but I haven't fleshed out the full plan yet. In any case, I'm probably gonna work on at least a partial suit over the next year or so, so y'all will see periodic updates on that. If anyone who reads this has any tips on fursuit building, please feel free to comment! I'm gonna do lots of research before I even buy the first scrap of foam or fur. Any links to helpful tutorials and the like are also awesome.
In other news: Semester's almost over! One more month to goooo~ But I'm signed up for a couple summer classes too, which start two weeks after that. *sighs* it feels like it'll never end, guys. But, I'm getting there. Slowly.
Also, I'm getting into chainmaille work and may get into leatherwork over the summer. I'm debating that, not sure how I feel on the ethicality and all in the use of leather, but it looks really cool and I kinda want to get into something more sculpture-y since I haven't fixed my kiln yet and all. Who knows. I just want to branch out a little more from 2D art, yknow?
Anyway! For the final bit of this journal, I'm gonna try and figure out a regular streaming schedule. For right now, Monday and Wednesday from 10PM-midnight(ISH) EST are the best timeframes if you want to catch me streaming. I'm also gonna try and work on my toon style a little more (I've been a bit more realistic with proportions and all lately, but I wanna go more toony, I think). It's not a definite thing for me to do every week, but I'll try to come out with a more regular schedule when I can. I wanna say thanks again to everybody who's come by and watched, or dropped their ref on this journal so I can draw for them! You guys are awesome.
