Seconding this, I don't get them as much as when I was drawing non stop but I still have to wear wrist braces sometimes.

Apparently, where I work, that's legitimately something they test for before they hire you on owo and it's an issue because my particular job makes me mote likely to get it >￦<
If what you're doing is agitating wrist pains, change your ergonomics. I lost a lot of grip strength and ended up on painkillers due to a bad keyboard.
