#33: PayPal theft from Patreon user.

OK, this one caught me by surprise. Now, given that I personally don't use Patreon or PayPal for that matter, a guy that I am subscribed to over on YouTube, RCModelReviews (AKA Bruce Simpson) has run aground again. This time, PayPal seem to have frozen his PayPal account. The money in his account has come from his supporters on Patreon (for those that aren't familiar with Patreon, it's a community-based donation service where one can donate money to somebody that they wish to support & in return get a few extra perks from the person that they are donating to).
PayPal have sent him a letter suggesting that he modifies his website slightly at their personal request & as it appears, stopped Bruce Simpson from accessing the money that Patreon have transferred into his PayPal account. Now, how does this correlate to us? Well, I see a few of you guys are already signed up with Patreon & PayPal appears to be the norm for commissioning artists on here. So, I'm wondering if PayPal have pulled a stunt like this with any of you or any of the artists that you follow?
