how hard can it be to pull a tooth?

I wish I had a friend with steady hands and a handfull of pills - my tooth is so fucked up it's making my whole head and neck ache. WHERE'S YOUR FUCKING HEALTHCARE NOW, OBAMA?! I guess I'll have to find some sucker doctor to pull it and just skip out on the bill - my credit couldn't possible get any worse.
find the point of infection...that'll be the spot that swells and puffs...if that isnt happening, you're just experiencing nerve pain which is awful but survivable with some good whiskey and basic painkillers
if there is swelling, then its infected below the gumline...use hot salt water to clean and irrigate the mouth...and a semi hot teabag to shove against that spot...it helps drain some of the infection out and also helps bring it to the surface
if that area keeps puffing, prepare a sewing needle, some rubbing alchohol or hydrogen peroxide, and gauze/clean paper towelling
get liquored up...take a pile of ibuprofen 15 minutes before drinking the booze
when you reach the point where you're no longer afraid, but still conscious enough to do it, use the needle to lance the infected area...deep...especially in the puffy or discolored area that might indicate infection (that spot should feel 'mushy' to your fingertip...)
rinse repeatedly with saltwater/ or hydrogen peroxide if you have to lance several times to get the pus out...rinse when you are done...pack in a teabag and shove an icepack against your face
last...i may not be an Obama fanboy...but damn dude...at least remember that its only been a few months...and the other party has spent the last century fighting anything and everything that even hints at help for people without loot...if you're angry about 0 health care assistance...yell at the GOP...if you're angry about any of the stuff the Democrats screw up daily...then go yell at them
