Okay, just pulled in and sat down at my desk. I haven't even unpacked yet because it was such a fun filled weekend that I am too tired to have any more fun. I have reached my fun limit if that is a possibility. The only complaint I had was they served me too much food! I am totally kidding. The food was amazing. This is exactly the feeling I had when the original Oklacon was going on in the first few years. This also makes me really wonder where all the money was going for Oklacon with the reg going up and the food quantity going way down. I never really thought about how little food Oklacon was actually serving until I got invited to Wild Nights to GoH the event.

Whenever I was hungry there was always something to eat. I brought food and usually I can cook it all and feed people, this year everyone was like ... Nah We're good. So next year I am spending less on food and more on ...... ALCOHOL! I am going to build a quick build and break bar to serve and mix drinks instead of playing the game of pass the bottle.

Yes I will still be mixing Nuclear Waste and Romulan Ale for those that love those drinks. I will have my damning fruits of justice. And I will be making who knows what else for the Sunday Night Boozefest.

The other good news is that I will be trying to make it out to other conventions from now on since I am making more money and I can afford it. But that being said .....

Now that Oklacon is gone and dead, I need a new con to call my home convention.

Since Oklacon one, I had always felt more comfortable at the outdoor conventions than the indoor ones. And I know that Furry Fiesta may be ten minutes from where I work but personally I would rather chat about good times and tell jokes around a fire than to wander the halls of a hotel looking for where the parties are.

Wild Nights is my home convention. Expect me.
