Spamalot!
I went to see "Spamalot" last night. It's a live musical stage version of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. As odd as that sounds, it actually works quite well being performed that way. The play has been showing for several years now in Las Vegas after having originally opened in London. The show is now on tour and is presently in San Francisco.
As you can probably imagine, the play is very silly and very entertaining and funny, at least if you're a Python fan. It loosely follows the original movie, but has some new stuff thrown in to keep things interesting. I thought they hit a really nice balance between showing you the scenes fans really want to see live, and changing just enough so you're not quite sure what's going to come next. It's a really nice way to enjoy a new take on a classic.
I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to laugh at silliness for two and half hours. The web site with info is:

Sweet! It sounds awesome! How much were the tickets btw?
All that aside, it's a really great show for Python fans!
