Trigger Warning: Trigger Warnings
People need to learn to just scroll on down when they see something on the internet that offends them.
Like for example.
If you see someone on the internet getting all offended by something that you're not offended by
Maybe you need to not get so offended that this person is getting so offended
I, too, experienced the trauma of being 14 years old and my mom not letting me buy Grand Theft Auto. Censorship is a big deal and a scary thing. But I don't get all triggered every time I see a trigger warning.
You need to learn you some freedom of speech and respect that there are people on the internet who have different opinions than you. If you're on the internet, you're going to run into things that aren't for you, like safe spaces. If you need a safe space from safe spaces then the internet is not the place for you to be.

I don't think it should be applied to things that could be offensive.
I do think that we should be mindful of how common traumatic pasts are, and to consider what we're saying. Discussions of violent or sexual abuse should be clearly labelled because of the effects it can have on people who have suffered, who I think are justified in avoiding those topics.
(A bit devils advocate-y here, but if you might want to explore why you have a problem with trigger warnings, enough to make a post complaining about them. And trying to censor them, which does seem a LITTLE hypocritical ;P)
But then there's how I view this post vs. its targets.
In other words: K.O.
