I'd need to know what you've already seen, but as I've watched them fairly recently, I can suggest RWBY amd The Seven Deadly Sins, though you may argue about whether or not something qualifies as anime, it's still good and presents many of the same standards and methods as anime. I've also heard good things about Assassination Classroom and will always suggest Fairy Tail, as it's my favorite.

I can also recommend classics like Cowboy Bebop and Trigun. There's also Kami no Puzzle, which is an interesting one I would suggest only probably the first season of. Umm... Judging from that list, Full Metal Alchemist would probably be up your alley, though it looks like you probably avoid the anime that never seem to end. I know Fairy Tail and One Piece are similar enough in their art style and comedy that fans of one will almost inevitably be fans of the other.
