* I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
* All commissioners are allowed three free edits, each edit after the third is an extra cost of $2USD.
*All sketches will be shown to the commissioner before inking, once inked I cannot edit easily. Edits after inking will be $5USD because of the difficulty it poses to me.
*All my work (even digital) is drawn and inked by hand before scanning. I do not work with a tablet, this is my own personal choice and as a result my art is slightly different with my own style.
* Refunds are only given if work has NOT started on the commission. Otherwise refunds will be given in either half or 1/4 depending on the commission size/cost and how much work has already been done. If work has been finished there will be NO refund.
* Abusing or rushing me will result in a warning, if things continue I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund the payment.
* Using my art without permission eg. claiming another person's/my character is yours or claiming the art is done by you will result in a warning. If this is not fixed or ignored I will be blacklisting the person, naming and shaming with warnings for others on art theft and/or beware sites/pages.
* Please Credit me as the artist upon posting/sharing/using, acceptable credits: Daily Insanity Rant, BlueBRogue on DeviantArt, Ama Halcro on Facebook. DO NOT cut out, crop out or remove my watermark. It is what I put in all my art and references my artist name to let people know I am the one who has done it.
* Please do not ask for free art, I am a paid artist and I do not give out free art upon request. If this continues I will blacklist and block.
* I very rarely accept art trades, feel free to ask me if I am open to a trade with an example of your art. However I reserve the right to refuse if I am uninterested in the style/quality or cannot spare the time. The art must be at least the same level as mine.
