TERMS OF SERVICE
BASIC RULES
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I require a reference sheet or multiple clear images for characters drawn.
This makes the process easier. I will not taken written references.
Purchases are for PERSONAL USE and are NOT to be resold for profit in any way/shape/form.
(example: Say you are planning on selling a character of yours. You may GIVE the new owner of said character art of them I have done, but DO NOT INCLUDE IT in the overall sales price of your character. You may NOT sell adoptables I have sold to you. You may give them away, but you must give me credit for the original design)
If I am holding an auction you CANNOT retract bids, hide comments or step down from your bid!
If an emergency occurs where you can no longer afford your order, message me privately.
I will be happy to discuss further there.
I can do anything either traditional, or digital.
Traditional pieces will not have very complex backgrounds, little to no shading, and higher prices. This is due to the large amount of materials traditional work requires.
If you want something very snazzy and shiny, I highly suggest my digital works instead!
I can do rush orders! 48-72 hours need to be allotted for the the commission to be finished.
If it is less than 48 hours, there will be an extra fee. The fee will depend on the type of commission.
You must be over 18 to order from me.
I WILL NOT DRAW ANYTHING HOMOPHOBIC/ SEXIST/ RACIST OR ANY OFFENSIVE CONTENT. THIS INCLUDES OFFENSIVE SYMBOLISM AND/OR IMAGERY.
I have the right to decide what and what not I deem offensive content.
I also will not draw any artwork with heavy religious affiliation.
I will not draw copyrighted characters.
PAYMENT
I will accept USD payments through PayPal, only.
No “snail mail”, due to the possibility of money being lost.
I will NOT take DeviantART Points as payment.
Payments should be paid in full before I start working on your commission/design.
Partial payments may be made only on commissions over prices of $40, and we will discuss things further via message.
All work is subject to additional fees for complicated character designs or subject matter.
I will let you know if this applies to your commission. Please see further below for a rough idea of complex vs simple characters.
CONTENT

(Simple) Animations

I will NOT draw:
Any kind of fetish work. This includes ultra “buff” people, inflation, vore, hardcore porn, diapers, etc.
Feral animals, ponies, etc.
'Mecha'
Hateful themes
Heavily religious themes
I will not draw things that promote hate, or are against the law. This includes drugs and violence. I am, however, 4/20 friendly and do not consider that against the law.
I also will not draw nudity / NSFW for minors. If I find out about this, you will be redlisted permanently.
Simple Vs Complex Characters:
Simple: Small colour pallete, relatively easy design to comprehend, etc
Complex: Numerous limbs, wings, eyes, contrasting and detailed markings (think stereotypical “sparkledog”)
Complex characters will raise the price, and may take longer to complete.
I will let you know if it is too complex. If you still want said character, it will be extra.
I reserve the right to decline drawing any character I so please. I do not owe you an explanation on why.
If I will not draw a certain character of yours, feel free to ask about another character you have. Chances are, there will be some character I’ll be happy to work with.
ARTISTIC LIBERTY
I hold artistic liberty with my artwork. This means if you have a design that I a) cannot clearly distinguish, b) do not have the proper colours for, c) clashes too harshly, or d) has improper tattoos, piercings etc*, I will take it upon myself to correct them. These will not be drastic changes, only slight adjustments to the hues, placement of some piercings, etc.
* Regarding piercings and tattoos: If you have a character who has incorrect piercings (such as stretched ears on the top of their ears) I will correct them and draw them on the bottom. I will not draw the piercings as incorrect, due to that being anatomically impossible. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
REFUNDS/REVISIONS & TURNAROUND TIME
Refunds are not given on adoptables/designs.
The only time I will refund a commission is if I am unable to complete your artwork .
My turnaround time is typically within a week for less complex commissions and make take up to a month for very intricate orders. I am a perfectionist, and do not want to give someone a half finished product! I do my best to put as much work into your orders as I can.
If I think it is taking too long, and I am going nowhere with your order, I will contact you via note/message/e-mail.
If it is taking a while, and you still wish to continue, I may or may not do a small chibi or sketch for free as an apology.
You may request to receive a sketch, before I move on to the lineart and the coloring process.
Small revisions can be made to said sketch free of charge.
It is your responsibility to tell me if you want a sketch.
I will only edit / change small things on a completed piece that I mess up.
(ie; a missed markings, improper colours, jewelry, etc)
Reworking poses, backgrounds and characters completely will cost a fee.
This fee will depend on the complexity of the edit.
If I have done a piece for you in the past and something simple (hair / eye colour) has changed (not species / hair design / markings), feel free to email me and request a change! I'll happily do it!
SHIPPING & LAMINATING
Commissions can be shipped and laminated for a small fee.
The fee will depend on how large the order is, and the destination.
Full paintings, references and CG work will be printed on 8.5 x 11 gloss paper, then laminated with a white solid backing.
Chibis and badges can have a white background, or a design matching the badge and laminated.
REPOSTING RIGHTS
You may re-post artwork that was made for you or sold to you, as long as you properly credit me by linking to my FurAffinity account.
Do not claim the artwork as your own, or edit it in any way. I will do all edits required.
I retain the right to post the image anywhere within reason, and/or use it as an example to future commissioners.
PENALTIES
If you do not follow a rule or are caught reposting without proper credit you redlisted.
I may or may not post the username(s) involved and situation on a forum, such as Artist’s Beware, to spread awareness and prevent further problems.
There is a two strike system before I will refuse future commissions from you.
Some rule-breaking will result in an automatic addition to my redlist.
This includes art theft / removing my signature / or trying to back out of payment!
If there is an emergency, I will understand backing out of payment, but if it occurs more than twice,
I will be inclined to decline future working with you until those issues are resolved.
I reserve the right to decide whether or not your actions get you on my redlist or not.
OTHER
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR COMMISSION TO YOUR OWN COMPUTER.
I will email you the full quality photo whenever I am finished.
I may clear out my pictures for more space, or may misplace the image. It is your responsibility to save.
