"Twin Gym - The Game" - June 2016 Status Update

General
Lets recap this month, shall we?
1. At the begining of the month my computer suffered a crash which resulted in me reinstalling my OS and redoing one render which became corrupted. I haven't checked the other renders, they seem to look fine. If they're borked, I'll just redo them. Hate doing that, but hey.
2. I've rendered and wrote a screenplay draft for one, but pretty long, sex scene (15 renders in total?). I started working on another, involving Vince, Vance and Coach. I released the first two parts: here and here. So far I've created two more parts for that and no screenplay :)
3. I started working on adding two more expressions/poses (that's 12 in total now, per character) for my characters and that's how I learned that my process of preparing the images for the game has a flaw. Said flaw would force me to delete and redo the character images and re-cut them again, so I looked at the game engine's (RenPy) docs to see if I can do any image transformations there.
As it turns out, I can crop, resize and flip the images there, so if I do this right, I could delete all those extra images I created and only leave the base ones in, resulting in the game taking less space and me having less work, when I want to, for example, add a new facial expression for all the game's characters.
4. I added three new characters to the game: Ron (the rhino), Shawn (the shark) and Dad (no name yet). Working with Shawn has been a problem, because he's a Gen 3 figure and the lights which I use for all my other characters don't like those (DAZ just crashes when trying to render him). So, I'm using a different set of lights for him and... I'm still on the fence on whether I like the way he looks with 'em, or not.
5. I've reorganized the images and some game files, which should make my work easier in the future and I've uploaded the game to a VCS repository. Don't know why I haven't done that before. I've been working with version control repositories for the past whoknowshowmany years. That way I'll have a fresh backup and a history of changes made to the game and no system crash can harm it :)
6. Anyhoo, I haven't done much for the game this month. Haven't really written that much, haven't done that many renders. That Orlando thing that month hit me and my libido quite hard.
7. I've been talking with
this month and he gave me some ideas for the game which I think you'll enjoy :)
Well, that turned out to be longer than I anticipated.
