Looking for Artists to Commission (Feral/OPEN)

I need some feral artists who would be willing to draw me up something suiting for my Harvey: http://toyhou.se/472940.harvey
Harvey is a 6 foot rabbit, 9 or 10 when stretched out long, as rabbits do. He is a pooka and mount for one of my other characters (Yes, it's just what you're thinking if you know fae folklore), I would love to see him drawn with a brown leather saddle and lots of very elven/fae styled bags and pouches.
I want to say my budget is anywhere up to $30.00 USD. I don't really want to spend more than that but will still entertain more expensive offers if I like the art style!
