I personally like the idea of the tickling being an afterthought, something sort of discovered by accident.

Such as a scenario like a bank robbery > They take a hostage, tie him up, he looses a shoe, maybe has a holey sock > they take him in a van with the other robbers, and by accident one of them grazes his foot, and notices the immediate reaction. Tells the other guys, and they make fun of him, and then notice that the hostage is getting an erection, so they use that to their advantage at having fun with their new hostage...

I also like stories when they are fully clothed, and have different parts of their clothing ripped in a progression sort of way, instead of instant nudity...
