The moon and star pattern was, a little too her disappointment, still untouched, but she knew the chocolate milk her sister loved so dearly would make itself known soon...

Celestia vainly tried to hide the front of her diaper with her hooves, but even if Luna hadn't seen its state, the action would have given it away. "My, dear sister, your nappy looks almost as yellow as the sun. It would be best if I changed you before you change the sun, though, lest a rash befall your buttocks "


Alternatively, something involving Shining Armor ballet dancing with a thick diaper and a tutu far too short to hide it ;P

The two of them standing guard, perhaps in front of "The Royal Nursery". However, they're dressed in cardboard "armor" with foam-tipped "spears". One might be tickling the other with theirs ;)
