Need Art Advice

As you see I seem to always draw people in a very boring and un-complex positions I really need advice on how to make it more complex and detailed.
As for any other suggestions, a lot of artists find help in dynamic poses with the use of wireframes, or just drawing stick figures for the body's skeleton, and then drawing the limbs around that "skeleton". I mean, it hasn't done much for me, but who knows? Maybe it'll work for you.
