A few months ago I lost my password for account of one of my characters:

I also lost a password for E-mail that could help me to regain the access for Woltsche's profile.
I really thought that this is the end, I had no access for anything that could give me the opportunity to delete or hide that profile. So I wrote a Troubleticket to ban that page because I hadn't see another way to hide it...
But today a ray of hope lit in my life when 
, the staff of FA, offered me to replace old Woltsche's E-mail by another one, my personal adress. And now I regained an access for the page!
Although I have thanked AsiaNeko, I'd do it again here, on my page!
Thank you, thank you again for your help and patience, I'm really happy to regain the access!
