Big changes for me. I'm going trucking!

I signed on with Swift Transport, and will be doing about a month of training behind the wheel. Then if I pass my test, I'll get assigned a truck of my own and will see if I can get something to keep me close to home, eventually trying for something with good hourly pay and home every day. But for now, its OTR for me.
I admit, I'm scared. Its big change, and I can only hope for the best for the future. If I get the chance to be in a town where others are, I'll keep you posted.
Now I'm off to start my life on the road.

I had placed my belongings in storage, got rid of apartment and called my mom's home as my domicile (for driver's license). Drove OTR for over 3 yrs and saved money. Bought my first home. Driving OTR and saving the money I made, was the single best thing I've ever done financially.
