First, reverse racism doesn't exist; discrimination and/or prejudice towards white people because of their race is just plain, old racism.
Second, racism doesn't have to be institutionalized or systematic to be racism; these are just two different forms of racism that happen to exist alongside standard racism.
Third, saying that an individual or a group of people can't do, be, have, experience, etc. something because of their race is racism (I'm looking at you, people who claim cultural appropriation and white supremacy over hairstyles and other such shit).
Fourth, racism towards whites is not and probably never will be as prevalent as racism towards non-whites; it's more of a piece-meal sort of thing.
Finally, I think we all need to admit that we have been at least a little bit racist at one time or another, even if it was just inside our own heads. But what the fuck do I know? *whistles Avenue Q's Everyone's a Little Bit Racist and walks away*
