Health problems update and plans for the rest of August

Hello everybody nice to see all of you I give you all of big warm and fluffy hug as you know yesterday well I guess none of you know because I didn't post about it but I think I did post about on Facebook today but... I think I have some bad news to tell all of you now don't worry I'm not coming by but I think I may now have a new serious health problem or concern I think I might have lactose intolerance.
If you do not know what lactose intolerance is or do not know what the symptoms are here is a link that can help you execute yourself on it it's not nothing serious just another handicap and may have to live with I really hate talking about stuff like this because it makes me feel like my body is just so frail.

I had like one of those large things smaller than half a gallon of chocolate milk and oh my God when he got home that felt like I was shot in the stomach and I just felt like I wanted to fall on the floor and cry. I do not think I felt pain like this since I broke my arm around last Christmas time. And you know it just scares me to death to think that this can happen again all if I just consumed like a glass of milk.
Does anyone have any advice for milk Alternatives and what stuff to avoid that might cost some flare-ups I know I could just look it up myself but sometimes real life experience can really help better than written words in the book or online.
Now the second thing I wanted to talk about what's the new DLC for Fallout 4 called Nuka world. It is a DLC that takes you to the amusement park themed after the amazing drink in the world of Fallout 4 called Nuka Cola. Many new amazing guns and weapons are going to be added to this DLC, also a new array of enemies. We have 10 days to the DLC drops in the United States.
But I still feel upset that this will be the final DLC for Fallout 4, I really feel that they kind of cut things short I mean the building settlement stuff was pretty cool maybe like something people could do in their spare time. I don't really felt we needed DLC for that the fans want it story-driven DLC like far Harbor.

dang sorry to hear that can you have lactose free milk? or is it the Casein?

I can have lactose free milk my friend it's just that the thing with lactose intolerance is that as our bodies get older or for some people who are lactose intolerant we cannot break down a natural sugar that is found the milk and as it goes to the large intestine it causes problems
