[Solved] Need help to transfer softwares!
Hello world !
I ain't dead, no worries. Just having an important question !
I just purchased a new computer, and I'd like to copy my Photoshop Elements software that is installed on my old computer, to my new computer.
That software originally came with the old computer when I bought it and I don't have any installation/download online link.
So I copied all the files from the old to the new one, and disabled the software from the old computer (which is supposed to allow it to be installed on a new machine).
But when I try to launch the .exe from the new computer, it says that "Licensing for this product has expired", and I don't know what to do. I don't want to change software, as I'm used to this one, and I have works in progress that are saved under PSD files.
[Edit] I actually reinstalled the software from the adobe website, but when I'm asked for the serial number, I write it down carefully, and it doesn't work. Could it be that preinstalled softwares can't be transfered, or something ?

I managed to find the serial number within the software's version infos, but it only has 20 characters instead of 24 - seemingly for security matters. Since I never had the original one to begin with, the only thing I can do is contact them and cross my fingers, haha. Thank you !
