Forcing yourself to get out and do things after work can sometimes be energizing, but can also be more trouble than it's worth, for sure.

Applications programmer for a research institute. We used to have four programmers on the staff, now there are just two of us, but the number of programs we have to support and maintain hasn't changed.

Oh yikes. Gotta love corporate squeezing every last penny they can out of people.

New lenses with old slim frame, in black & anodized silver. The ophthalmologist told me that the measurements haven't changed much, despite me spending a lot of time in front of a screen.

That's a plus, though, right? Eyes aren't getting worse!

All in all I've been well! Moving soon, getting a different job, spending more time in the mountains.

Ah, been working on my art in almost all of my free time outside of the generic school busy-work homework.
Mostly focusing lately on my color, stylization, and touching up on my knowledge of form and rendering! Been fun to mess with a more painterly approach to stuff.

I've been wanting to do the same, but it's so hard to decide on a direction to work toward.
