Fuck I hate Patreon....

It really bums me out when an artist I like starts only posting Patreon previews. It's a good way to make money I get it and I understand the whole starving artist thing but I just can't bring myself to do it. I'm watching over 2k artists and if they all got patreons I'd be broke. Keto is my all time favorite artist, I'd give my left hand to get Randy drawn by him but I don't even support his Patreon. Patreon should offer month packs that you can pay for or something. Oh well. It's much easier to just click "unwatch" as much as it sucks.
Some simply adopt a trickle method: some artwork gets released eventually to the public, some artwork remains exclusive, and usually different tier rewards means you can see everything if you just paid a couple of dollars a month.
I've been considering it myself for a long while, though only on the basis of taking payment as and when I post something new, not by the month. Because monthly fees doesn't guarantee you artwork all the time :/
Also I wouldn't mind donating like one kinda big amount for one time rather than donating small amounts over several months... I just hate that system that you can only do it as a subscription
When a band I love puts out on album, I buy the deluxe edition every time and go see them in concert and buy a shirt. Not give them $5 every month for them to release a song every month.
