I got to thinkin and figured there is alotta artists out there who could use that extra oomph or even a lil helpful criticism (includin me) when it comes to their art, so feel free to copy and paste these questions into your journal as well and see what kinda replies ya get, and while yer here why not answer em for me as well ^w^
1. Do I have a distinct style of drawing?
2. If so, what exactly is it that defines my "style"?
3. Would you say my art usually follows a "theme"?
4. What do I need to improve on or change?
5. Does my style (if I have one) remind you of/look like the style of anyone else?
6. Judging from whatever art of mine that you've seen, what do you think I do the best at?

FA+

2. The way you color and the way you ink your lines, also in the way you draw a character's features.
3. Not sure.
4. ...I hate telling people to improve something. D:
5. Not particularly.
6. Comics.
2. I didn't know that heh kewlies
3. Yeh I don't know if I have a theme either lol
4. heh no worries
5. WOOT! I'm all my own heh
6. I figured lol, I'm addicted to making thems >w<
Well, scratch that. Comics are awesome except on the rare occasion. \o/
Go antagonist! \o/
2. Hard to say, really- it's am amalgamation of everything, from linework and color, proportion and perspective, content and the way you draw hair, eyes, and (what really stands out to me) hands.
3. I'd say no, not really. :3 Not that I can think of anyway.
4. It's hard for me to tell ya what you need to improve on, seeing as how I need to improve like 500%! to get close to ya! >D But if I had to answer, I'd say folds on clothes and shading. It's something that I've been trying hard to work on recently, so I'm seeing a lot more~ :3
5. Not at all.
6. Dynamics, hands down. From movement to expression, your characters look animated and ready to jump around and do the chicken dance. :D That's something that I struggle with, and something that I'll forever envy you for! *GREEN POWER STARE*
2. My hands are defining? lol that's new, but I'll take it hehe
3. heh yeh I'm kinda all over the place.
4. lol ya do fine work ^^ ya just keep practicin. Also yeh I don;t shade much of my work cause I just never feel the need too most of the time. as for folds since my character designs are so simple and toony I try and keep their clothes and details simple too.
5. heh that's good ^w^
6. Nuuuuu! not the stare!!! O.O lol anyhoozle thanks ^w^ I do try hard to keep my characters as lively as possible. It actually gtets easier as ya go. best advice I can give for that is try to refrain from drawing simple poses and stances. practice by drawing a wide range of poses, even just doin a turn around sheet can really help with consistency.
