I first watched this video back in 2007, I want to say, and years after having seen it for the first time, I find myself returning to watching this video.
Please give this video your views. The poster isn't the original, but given it was a Flash animation prior to becoming a Youtube video, I can't say there was ever really an "original Youtube upload.
For Eevee fans, this in my opinion remains a classic tribute to our favourite little fox/cat/fennec/bunny-like creature we've come to love over the years, and is a staple in Eevee fanart appreciation. I'm just a bit surprised it doesn't have MORE views.

Ninetales is my favorite by far, but Eevee is totally adorable. <3
