Hey everyone down there, listen up! Midnight's got a message for you.
I was wondering if anyone knew anyone who made animated icons? Specifically ones that like...fade or glitch between two faces kinda thing? I'm looking to spend 20 or less preferably, but I can likely do 30 if I REALLY push it.
