So FA deleted or lost a journal I made after I received inquiries regarding the "note status" (Read/Unread)

i forget though...can you set a read message back as unread? imma go take a look...
nope, can't set them back, but can use priority markers, and sort that way~
just remember not to use super important information through notes! with how frequently that data gets spilt all over the internet
