I saw the stats.... Cant believe the water pokemon is going to be one with best stats except speed. (Starter Pokemon's)

All I hear is people bitching about speed, speed, and ,oh yeah, SPEED.

I mean, ita understandable, look at the design of the character! XD of course ita going to be slow. I will still pick fire, always get the fore pokemon regardless :3

Speed can be very important if the Pokemon has a bad typing. When a lot of things hit you for super effective damage then you are wanting to have a high speed to get past that.

Tsareena is looking to be a good Pokemon with solid stats all around, Hitting like a truck, blocking priority moves and having access to Rapid Spin meaning this Pokemon could see usage in OU

Marshadow seems kinda cool too. Being able to steal stat boost and then attack. But, I think he's a Mythical pokemon like Magearna.

The Ultra Beasts though... my god they look OP.

I'm so happy the Popplio line is looking to be the best of the 3 starts this gen competitive wise!

Not like it could actually be prevented, though...there are some pretty persistent douchebags out there who just wanna make sure nothing is a surprise. I personally think it's not so bad if they personally want to know, but putting all the info out there allows it to be carried around and essentially forced in the faces of people who aren't interested in spoilers. "You don't wanna be spoiled on the game? Okay, here's some screenshots, stats, the whole dex, abilities, story, characters, backstories, item lists, and features. Oh wait, you said you DIDN'T want to see, right? Well now you've seen it, so don't bitch."


I'm still doing what I can to go into the game blind to everything but the dex and certain legit leaks from a few months ago.

I try my best to see the least amount of this game or others I want to buy (and this website alone is a fast working trap, especially when it comes to new pokemon) and I'm glad, that I haven't seen anything of the leakage so far. I'll have t wait untill at least Christmas until I can play it. That month alone will be a hard time...
But leaking stuff that's gonna be released anyways is one of (but just ONE of) the dumbest things I've ever heared of.

I got an email from Nintendo stating you could by the digital full game version early (I don't know if this was for a select few or not)? I opted not to do so, as I like the cartridge and box, etc. But I am not fond of those with spoilers and possibly lying where and how they got the game. :[

Personally I don't care if someone gets the game early, it's the leaking that I fined terable. Atlest I know how not to see the spoilers. The only thing I would what spoiled if if thires an alola form of growlith and arcanine, friend told me thire was don't know if thire joking.

This was inevitable, and it's pretty easy to avoid the leaks if you don't want to see them. I've been looking to learn names and typings, maybe some stats, but I haven't had any of the story spoiled for me.

I wonder if my theory on Salandit is true that when they evolve they're a speedster sweeper like Liepard

I imagine for them it's not 'ruining the hype'. Just bury your head from pokemon stuff until you can play it for yourself.

I noticed it and honestly I find it distasteful that people just want to ruin the fun for everyone! I mean... Can't people wait one freaking week?! Why? Why does people NEED to know it all even before playing the game?! What's the point of the game then?! Fuck! It ruins the whole surprise factor and the magic of discovering a brand new edition of Pokémon

There's one guy on Twitter who is just constantly spouting spoilers, so I've had to mute him XD trying to keep as far away from those spoilers...why people want to ruin it for everyone is beyond me. Though I'm just glad Primarina is excelling XD

Ever since Black Ops 1 (where i ended up doing nothing but search for information and speculate with people for about 2-3 weeks before release, i seriously could not even go to school because i was so manic about it), I've basically gone "Amish" when it comes to games I'm going to get, until a pretty long time after it's release. I just can't take the "X" this, "Y" that, or "FIRST EVER YOUTUBE VIDEO OF SOMEONE ACHIVEING "Z" [REAL OR IMAGINARY OBJECTIVE]!" (or some variation of it).

I have not regretted that decision ever since. :)

People just cannot wait for a game to be released. What's with all the leaking?? Seriously. This is why people stay off of the Internet until they've gotten ahold of the game itself xD

It's all due to the demos containing WAY too much information that lead to these guys getting thr ROM dumped in full and blowing everything open.

I stay away from such places that openly spoil everything and will enjoy what i can of the game myself.

I only spoiled myself on the music and stats.

I am NOT going to spoil myself on the story though I know a few tidbits, but nothing way too significant.

I mainly want to know if steel has been rebuffed and if charizard is a "must use" transport.

As far as I know, Steel is the same, so, sorry to bust your bubble on that. I still think it's a great typing, it just doesn't mesh well since you can end up with a 4x weakness when put with another typing.

As far as "must use" I don't know.

Ffs. I'm not overly interested...
