Please stop all the hate
I'm not really sure if y'all are noticing any of this or not, but some people on here really need to stop complaining about the election. It's over. There's nothing you can do. The only thing you can do is just hope that America is going to be fine. I'm seeing so many people being hateful towards Trump supporters or to Hillary supporters. I really don't care who you support, I just hope that everyone at least wants to support America.
To the people who are making hateful comments: Whether if you support either candidate, especially Trump, you have no right to hate someone for voting for them. You people are complaining about how he's gonna ruin the LGBT community, neglect women and the disabled, etc. The big word that pops up for insults is "bigotry" and how Trump and his supporters are all bigots. Honestly if you are making hateful comments against Trump supporters, you a HUGE part of the problem. You are the bigot. You're the one spreading hate. So please, I'd like to ask people on this site to get their heads out of their asses and just stop with hate. I've encountered several accounts saying to unfollow them if you voted for Trump. By all means, I'd love to unfollow you solely because you said that comment.
All in all, if you're spreading hate, you're just adding more to the issue here and not making it easier for anyone to live. Sure, he might not be the BEST candidate, but it's what we got and we have to deal with it. He's not gonna make these huge changes to America where he turns society upside down.
Trump is not burning the Constitution and restarting America
Society is not going to crumble
He's probably not even going to go through with half the things he said (as for any president for the past several years)
If we all just stick together and work with what have, everything is going to be so much easier. So please, if someone has an opposing view, don't start a fight. Maybe you should get to know them and find out why they voted for (insert candidate here).
THE KEY HERE IS HAVE AN OPEN MIND...sound familiar?
Also a sidenote, if you disable comments on your political FA journals, I have no respect for you as you won't even attempt to open up and reason with others.

Attack the ideas, not the people, people are not divided by lines drawn in stone, if anything it is more like lines in very shifty sand, we have an idea of where our divisions are, but they are not perfect, no one can agree or disagree completely with one other person, we can have similar or opposing views, but it is not always the bigotry that Trump spouted, but many other reasons, and attacking someone who voted such a way is just more bigotry because you lumping all of their beliefs to align with his, which cannot be true. A person is not a mirror of the candidate they voted for, it is more of degrees of difference than anything else.
This^ Very well said. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THIS!!
