Just a week ago, Paypal invalidated a few cards I used with it and asked me to re-verify them. Sure I thought it was a small security check and that just took a few days.

Then starting this week, Paypal payments no longer respects the "Bill me in the currency stated" option and forces their own terrible foreign conversion rate and probably incur another a Dynamic currency conversion (DCC) fee on my bank to boot. :(

It seems that a number of users are facing this problem lately, anybody else here facing these unusual Paypal shenanigans lately?
