Paypal been pretty much smooth and direct for the past few years or so, but this quarter seems to have a number of issues all bumped up back to back.

Well, it took a few days to fix the last problem of currency conversion and now we have another one another.

I cannot send payments to certain addresses as the website would error out with a statement "We can't send your payment right now." Worse of all, it works fine for regular payments and I checked with a friend who can send money to that address without the error message.

They really need to be less opaque about their bizarre error messages. :(
