Owed artwork is being finished, due to the holidays and me needing a small break has left me a bit behind. I will be replying to messages and such in the next few days and uploading owed art. I stopped drawing for a week or so because I was severely depressed, almost to the point where I wanted to admit myself to the hospital. Even though art is a job, my health comes first.

I have a few small touches left on the YCH and need to finish my raffle winner's art.

That being said, the main point of this journal is:

I need a looong break from drawing animals and other “furry” related stuff. I’ve always been on the outskirts of the fandom, and never really considered myself one, just loved drawing animals. I’ve been around the fandom for about 10 years and I just can’t deal with it anymore. There are some amazing people in the fandom, but I don’t think I’ve ever run across such entitlement and childish behavior before. At the moment, my being is fragile enough without layering such behavior on top of it. I will be finishing up all "furry" related commissions and be done with it all. Nothing beats figuring out that you really don't want to be doing what you're doing right in the middle of a commission.

I will say that I am not referring to anyone that I've commissioned, that have commissioned me, anyone on my watch list, or anyone that watches me.

I will be keeping my gallery up, as well as Inklah, but I will be moving to DA.
